What’s five years in the making compared to the excitement (or is that relief) of getting the first of our Bioceta construction projects underway.

That’s right, we’ve successfully started our first project which creates the sea change for anaerobic digester construction and biogas production in New Zealand. Alongside that some VERY reliable, durable, cost effective and new-to-New Zealand storage tank systems are being built to quality standards and specifications not available anywhere else.

Mid November 2019 is the month that Bioceta (formerly Inviora Limited) got the future happening right here. The novel factors of our solutions come from the family-owned German company Lipp GmbH www.lipp-system.de who build tanks and biodigesters world-wide. Importing the materials, made in the Lipp factory, the machines which fold and roll the continuous spiral tanks, the technical expertise and blending that with our Kiwi know-how, our construction partners Hi-Tech Engineering and building for BPO Limited has been a great “sum of the moving parts” experience.

Very rapid construction in situ has been exciting to see – the team built the first two tanks of 2,500m3 and 800m3 in three and a half weeks.

Benefits? Renewable energy from the biogas, 50+ year lifespan for the tanks and biodigesters, solutions for large to small projects, built in situ, especially applicable for sites with space constraints, a wide range of substrates for industrial, municipal, primary production and food wastes and a full capital funding option available.
